Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped to the pharmacy by the customer, or returned in person with the receipt. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

Timeframe:Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.

1. Prescription Medications:

  • Non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unopened.
  • Exceptions occur if:
    • The pharmacy made a dispensing error.
    • The medication was damaged during delivery.
    • A recall has been issued.

2. Over-the-Counter (OTC) & Dermocosmetic Products:

  • Returnable if unopened and unused, within 7 days.
  • Items like vitamins and supplements are handled case-by-case.

3. Medical Devices and Supplies:

  • Returnable if unopened and unused, within 7 days.
  • Returnable if there is a defect in the device.
  • Some items like thermometers and diabetic supplies are final sale due to hygiene concerns.

4. Other items:

  • Non-returnable items:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, infant formula, etc.)
    • Personalised items / made by order.
    • Intimate items.
    • Items marked as sale.
    • Gift cards

    1. Log into Your Account: Go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
    2. Submit a Return Request: Fill out the return request form, and we will provide return shipping instructions.
    3. Prepare Your Package: Ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.
    4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items / made by order.
  • Items marked as final sale

  • Intimate items.
